With spring classes coming to a close, it has been another great season of experiencing and sharing mindfulness. I want to say “thank you” to all who have participated in class or shown up to observe a lesson. Your presence and contributions have added to the richness of learning for everyone!
Just a friendly reminder that summer break for group guided classes begins July 1st as spring classes conclude June 30th. All drop in classes will be paused for the months of July and August and resume September 1st. With that, your monthly membership fees will be suspended and you will not be charged for the month of July or August. When classes resume, you will receive an email to restart your membership.
A variety of recorded meditations will be posted to the website at the beginning of July for you to enjoy during the down time between live classes. The studio will still be open for private sessions and corporate solutions as well as upcoming workshops and the Mindfulness Ambassador Program.
