MAP 1 – Sessions 1-6

This course covers the first 6 fundamental principles of the program and is for those who are interested in learning not only the foundations of mindfulness but how to apply those concepts to everyday life. This program has been taught by the Mindfulness Without Borders’ team for over a decade and been shared in over 15 countries. Each participant will receive take-home exercises for each session of this certificate program.
