Private meditation session are a great way to experience and learn about meditation through a personalized approach. Each class can offer something different and new, or stick to a proven and time tested method that works just for you! Either way, private meditation sessions are here for you when you need to relax, ease your mind, and increase your level of focus.
Each 45 minutes session will be hosted virtually (for the time being) and include a recording of the class. These meditation sessions can be provided one on one or in a small group of up to four people. Private meditation sessions are a great way to jump start your practice whether you are new or returning after an absence.
