Group Class Description


Starting July 1st group guided classes are on summer break until the fall. See you then!

Join us for a guided meditation class where you can learn techniques and tools to make life’s challenges a little easier while joining a community of people looking to be mindful, just like you!

Be sure to read up on our Guided Meditation Class Tenets before you join so you can be up to date on our feedback and participation approach. This will encourage the safest experience for us all while we meditate together.



Mindful Morning Meditation

This live online guided meditation class is for those who are want to start their morning in a mindful way. Through mindful meditation, we can become aware of what is happening in the present moment. The intention is to see things as they are, rather than how we wish them to be or how they used to be.

Experience Level: All levels welcome
Location: live online
Good for: exploring the present moment in a non-judgmental way, growing social-emotional awareness, self-acceptance and self-compassion
Class Length: 15 minutes


*Free* World Peace Meditation Class

This guided meditation class will practice Metta or Loving-Kindness meditation to promoting both inner peace and world peace. Join a community of like-minded citizens ready to heal the planet.

Experience Level: All levels welcome

Class Length: 30 minutes


Beginner’s Mind Meditation

This 30-minute guided meditation class is perfect for those who are new to meditation or returning to their practice. Students will explore a variety of different meditation techniques, from breath work to mindfulness to visualization, mantras and more. Learn practical tips to incorporate your new practice into everyday life.

Experience Level: All levels welcome

Good for: developing strong foundation for a daily practice, learn several techniques
Class Length: 30 minutes


Inner Wisdom Meditation

This 45-minute guided meditation class uses visualization to explore and expand your intuition and self-knowledge. Journey inward, discover yourself.

Experience Level: Some experience suggested, but not necessary
Location: live online
Good for: reconnecting with the inner self, strengthening intuition, confidence and decision making
Class Length: 45 minutes
