MAP 2 (6wk)

This course covers the last 6 fundamental principles of the program and is for those who are have already taken MAP 1. This course takes an even deeper dive into mindful living and provides lessons and experiences on mindfulness. This program has been taught by the Mindfulness Without Borders’ team for over a decade and been shared in over 15 countries. Each participant will receive take-home exercises for each session of this certificate program.
