MAP 12 week

This course covers all 12 fundamental principles of the program and is for those who are interested in delving in deep and learning the foundations of mindfulness as well as how to apply those concepts to everyday life. This program has been taught by the Mindfulness Without Borders’ team for over a decade and been shared in over 15 countries. Each participant will receive take-home exercises for each session of this certificate program.
