All Students Get One Week FREE Guided Meditation Classes at Studio for Mindfulness!

Studio for Mindfulness offers a free week of unlimited online classes for new and returning students starting April 13th, 2021. 

March 26, 2021- Royal Oak, MI- Starting April 13th, students interested in learning mindfulness and meditation can now attend a full week of online classes for free. Owner, Erin Covert says the gesture is to celebrate the new spring schedule, which includes additional class dates, times, and topics, as well as the newly completed renovations on the company’s website. “We’ve all been affected by the pandemic in such a huge way, and that has caused us to adapt the ways we handle the hard stuff. I wanted to provide an opportunity for folks to learn meditation and mindfulness together. Offering new classes and letting students try them for free for was an easy way for me to do that.”

Improvements and updates to the website are an extension of the effort to support students’ stress management and include self-booking options for virtual drop-ins classes and private sessions, monthly memberships options, and bulk class packages. Students can also manage their account from their desk top or download the member app on their smart phone.

Classes are open to all levels of experience, including newbies. The Beginner’s Mind class is a great place to start for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals. The Inner Wisdom class uses guided meditation to tap into the innate wisdom and knowledge we all have available to us. The Morning Mindfulness class is a great way to start your day mindfully. For those who would like to join a Loving-Kindness class, Studio for Mindfulness offers a complimentary World Peace Meditation every Tuesday.
